u can see its too wide so the middle of the lip is kinda bending up, i'm going to have to fix that with ether a brace of some sort or try heating it (havnt worked much with fibergalss before...anyone else have ideas?)
for that buckle in the middle, since the bumper is fiber glass it is easy to fix. Cut a small pie shaped piece out of the center then use fiberglass and resin to seal it up. Start small as you don't want to take to much out, all you need is about a 1/4" gap left over to fill in and then sand smooth.

hmm, i was thinking about that, having worked with fiberglass at all though, i'll have to look into it more on how to do this.
Its real easy....I made a fiberglass sub pod two summers ago, and it was my first stab at using fiberglass. just cut a piece of the fiberglass mat to size and apply resin. The hardest part is getting a proper resin to hardener mix. You may mess up if you add too much hardener; if you don't add enough it just takes a loooonnnggg time to dry out.

where can u buy this fiberglass mat? do they sell this at homedepot? lol
fleece sweatshirt material work so much better. the kind that is real soft on the inside like for your favorite sports team. Or you can buy the material and resin and hardener near the paint at autozone They even have a kit with all 3 in it already for cheap. It's called the fiberglass repair kit and has a pic of a car and a boat on it.
