Re: Shoes59 240SX at Carlisle

I think the mudflaps add to the look of the car, not to mention help protect it from road debris. I bought Jim's set of flaps from his old VE car and put them on my SE-R lol. To each their own I guess...

Re: Shoes59 240SX at Carlisle

I have to vote that the best mod in the car is the super cooler in the passenger compartment. That thing has to add a good 400,000 hp.
I love that car.

BTW, what is the badge/sticker on the side?

Re: Shoes59 240SX at Carlisle

Yup its a beautifull S14 DET under the hood. He got it with only like 15k miles on it. The place he bought it from (Jarco) buys the cars whole and gives them a complete road test before the purchase. His clip was *clean*

Look in the members gallery under "Shoes59" for pics of the engine.

Re: Shoes59 240SX at Carlisle

BTW: Muleman did the powdercoating on the black parts under the hood. He does awesome works at very reasonable prices. You can see pics of my Volk wheels that he did in my members gallery. I liked Jim's wheels so much that I had mine done the same color

Re: Shoes59 240SX at Carlisle

now the question is what looks better 95-96 or 97-98. I'm liking s14's alot now hopefully they'll be clean examples around 2 years from now.
