Powdercoated my VC today (Pics)
Hey guys , I powder coated my VC today at work, it came out pretty good, i wanted to try a color i hadn't seen on here before. Im going to polish the letters tommorrow.

Old car: 1999 Sentra SE-L Turbo: USDM sr20de, t25 turbo, hot shot intercooler kit, BIG ass fmic, nismo fpr, autometer fp gauge/boost gauge, mbc set at stock boost for now! 7psi= more traction>11psi=less traction.

Yea, its a hammertone powder, i wanted a diff look.

Is that metal vane ? My 240sx cover was done in metal vane and covered in blue candy...looks pretty.

my buddy had all the interior inserts that color in his crx, looked kinda getto but it looks cool on the vc.

Plastic inserts??, if so then it wasnt powder, the spray paint made to look like powder can look cheap.

yeah it wasn't powder coated inserts but was painted by a shop that specializes in automotive interiors. it just didn't look good in the car but i do like the look on the vc. and i agree black letters would look pretty nice.

Looks pretty smooth to me. Definitely different and one of the main reasons I like it.

That looks sharp. My valve cover is close to that color but just flat grey wrinkle finish.
