B14 Got Detailed!

Just wanted to share some after-detail pics of a hot car and a hot girl I've decided to re-install my Fastbrakes and Progress Swaybars in the next few weeks, so look for some more pics soon.

BTW, This is the same car that was dammaged at Willow Springs Raceway. The repair work came out great!

Thanks! It IS lowered!

It is riding on GC 350/300lb springs, with AGX struts. Damn our cars with such short suspension travel. Any lower and it bottoms out often.

Ugggh... I know. I need some shortened struts up first though. I think I'll wait for a nice group deal on the Tein's.

Not again. It was to much pain after the accident. My car coming back is kind of Pet Cemetary. Yes she's back, Yes she's alive, but her soul will never be the same.

Here is what she looked like with a FMIC wrapped by the Stillen Bumper and 98 Sentra Grill.

Re: B14 Got Detailed!

I don't care too much for the mesh grille but the rest of your car is pretty nice and very clean. I bet you're glad to have her back. Nice job bringing the car back. The wreck pics were pretty awful.

Thanks. This bumper is an OLD bumper I hacked for my FMIC. After the accident, I re-used a lot of parts in my garage to minimize costs.

It looked like crap with the big gaping hole, so the best I could do is use some mesh to cover it up. It doesn't really look THAT bad in person, but I still want to replace it with a nice front bumper sometime soon.

Re: B14 Got Detailed!

Yeah, they're in there. You can barely make it out behind those huge wheels. That's why I couldn't wait to throw my 15's back on there. It didn't even look like I had the BABK anymore.

Now we just need to hook up some tunes in your ride and you'll be ready to bump all the way down the track.

Yeah I bet you couldn't wait. Driving around on mis pinche $200/each llantas.

I'm ready for the tunes install. If your friend can get a good deal on these, also pick me up a good battery (Optima?) and some terminals. Do you know how to relocate it to the trunk? I'd like to do that if possible.

Re: B14 Got Detailed!

Those POS llantas broke out on me a few times in the twisties out here. They may have a few flat spots now, but nothing too noticeable homes J/K

If you want to relocate, then you better pick up some odd gauge wire brotha. I'll take care of the battery and the connectors.

This is a WHOLE different thread, but I heard 0-1gauge welders wire would work? Any input? Is yours relocated? Where'd you get the wire.

<American Me>Don't cop the wire! Don't cop the wire!

Re: B14 Got Detailed!

Yup, get the 0 gauge. Mine isn't yet, so when you find a place pick up enough for both our cars. Oh, and look for a "purty" box to put it in too.
