and MAN is the car low! I followed the TEIN instructions on how high the spring perch should be from the bottom of the threads and I really did not anticipate it being this low! In about 2 hours the ride height is gonna be bumped by about an inch, but I figured that I should take some pictures while it's still a little too slammed for my tastes
When I took off the front right wheel to put that coilover in, there was grease EVERYWHERE! The CV Joint boot had a tear in it and the car has started clicking in turns, so tonight the car is going into the shop to have an alignment done, an inspection done and to have a new axle put in. Other than that, the car is great The coilovers ride like a dream! Now I just need to try and fit the Kosei K1s under there..

Any bottoming out at that height? My GC/AGX bottomed out at about an inch higher than that.

Hehe sweet looks good, I kept mine low after I got it tuned, I like it low and never bottoms. I was worried about turning into a snow plow but wasn't as bad as I thought.
I went outside and admired the slammed car for one last time. Part of me did like it that way, but the other side of me, that wanted to keep the car looking as stock as possible, overruled. I have yet to buy TEIN pillowball mounts so my front camber was uber negative anyway and I couldn't live with that. The front has been raised 1.5" and the rear has been raised 1". In my opinion it looks a whollleee lot better...
and it doesn't scrape when I drive into my driveway/spot/dealie
Looks good to me. Mine is not quite as low as yours and I haven't bottomed it out yet. I'd leave it like it is. Just has an aggressive look to it when slammed.

TOO LOW?! Man... mine is exactly at the same height (TEIN suggested setting) and i have never bottomed out in over a year. I have 17's with 205-45-17's and they dont rub or anything.
Your ride looks great... leave it that height! haha

It's already been raised up again. My main concern was how the Kosei's would fare with the ride like that, considering that they rubbed before. I dont want a flashy car, I just want a daily driver that looks stockish and a car that will perform at it's peak in STS class autocrossing.
