New Bogarts & MT's fitted (PICTURES)

Hmmm, with the spacers, they sat too far out and were rubbing on the wheel arch on full lock. So I tried without the spacers, and found that they touched the AD22VF calipers. So I grinded off some material from the calipers and now they fit like a glove. No rubbing on full lock both ways, and fit the arch very nicely.

See what ya think!

Cheers

Dave

The wheels are 15*8" and the tires are 24.5*8*15. I didn't use a spacer, because I have coilover suspension , but I did have to remove the inner wheel arch lining...but hey, less weight...LOL!!!

Cheers

Dave

Nah, the slicks should be fine. I used to run 22's last year and on stock gearing they used to spin for at least the first 30ft. They were no good really and I could only muster a best of 2.1 60ft on them (crap). So with me switching to a 4.44 final drive and having a lot more power than last year, I figured the 22's would be even worse, hence the reason I switched to the 24.5's!

It's just gonna be a case of experimenting.

And no, I don't have any pics of the motor yet, as I am still awaiting delivery of my CP p9istons. Howver they have been sent, and I should receive them just after the festive period.

Cheers

Dave

P.S. The mad face is meant to be me. A lot of my friends think I'm nuts! LOL
