FS: 2 pc Leather Living Room set-Black $500 obo

I have a 2 pc Leather Living Room set in Black that I need to get rid of by the end of the month. It is in decent condition, there are no tears or scratches in it.

I also have a washer and dryer that are approximately 4 years old. Excellent condition. I would like to get $200 for the set.

Both items have been sitting in my air conditioned storage unit for 2 years. I am tired of paying the bill.
