Just bought a N1 tranny

I know it sounds corny but I am excited. I will finally have an LSD plus I get the N1 which has slightly shorter gears better suited to the future VE. Can't wait.

sweet!

congradulations... do you know what the ratios are on that? now all you need is the VE motor to go with it and you will be leaving all of us in the rear-view. Let me know if you want help on the install. I'm always looking for some wrench time to learn more about these cars.

Thanks. I am so psyched. If I don't do something to my engine soon I will (or probably am) the most modded car with no engine modifications.

Ratios are as follows:
N1______________ Stock
3.333____________3.063
1.95_____________1.826
1.33_____________1.286
.975_____________.975
.756_____________.756
Final drive
4.44_____________4.176

Basically, all the gears are shorter because of the final drive being shorter. 1-2-3 are also a little shorter on top of that.

You can help me put it in when it gets here. It should be here in about three weeks.
