MIR is a nice track, but midnight madness is always very crowded. 75/80 is kinda ghetto, but you get a lot more runs in.

MIR?

Nathan,
If you are talking about MIR at Budds Creek, I ran there about 3 yrs ago was the last time(I heard they upgraded the track, stands everything-supposed to be really nice now). When I ran there my times were .3-.5 sec.s quicker than at VMP.
Its a good track, 3hr drive up 17N.

By the way, if you haven't been to Capitol this year, be informed that they re-did it. I haven't been there this year yet because I'm undecied what to do to my car. But I've heard they did a really nice job. If you get there after 7pm on Friday you will only get 2 runs in before closing 10 pm. If you get there around 5 pm, you will get 4.

if thats the case maybe i will stick to VMP. Last time i went i got there at 530 and by 830 had run like 7 times. Although the fact that chris said his times were .3-.5 seconds faster makes me wonder if it could be my ticket to a 14 second timeslip.

Speaking of VMP, is anyone going up the next couple weeks. Im pretty sure that peanuthead and stiletto are going this weekend. (unfortunately i cant make it) but ill probably go the following weekend for sure. We could use some company, chris... shouldnt you run again for old times sake before you go turbo?

My runs were faster at MIR, never been to Capital.
I wish I could go, but my car's inspection is a 4/02, my exhaust is leaking and I'd hate to ask my friend, don't want him to think I'm taking advantage, but I could get one if I just asked. But your right I do want to go again maybe on the 17th I'm off(weekend duty this week)I'll let you guys know on the 16th-Business trip to KY on the 13-15th.
