Rockingham Dragway whos down?

Got my CAI and pulleys installed since last I went. Friday nights are Test-n-Tune. As many runs as you can get $15.00. I got 7 last time and it could have been more like 13. Anyway I will be going in a 2 weeks or so from now. Anybody else interested?

13 views no answers...okay do any of you know of a good 1/4 mile strip that is closer to you? The Rock is about 2 hours for me to drive. I don't mind going another direction if I could meet up with other members there.

Its almost in South Carolina bro. Folllow highway 1 south bound and you can't miss it. A bit far for you my guess would be. The track you mentioned is it nice? The Rock is where the top fuel drivers race, top notch all the way. I'll look up the place you mentioned, do you plan on going soon?

webpage

the webpage for dinwittie is www.virginiamotorsportspark.com i believe. ITs a decent track i guess, its the only one ive ever raced at so my opinion isnt based on much though. Rockingham seems like a really long drive for me to go drag racing. AS far as people going soon, weve been trying to get everyone up there at once for a few weeks with minimal success. I might go again this weekend to work on my 60' times but i dont know about anyone else.

Couple of questions first guys.
1. How much is it to race on the 7th.? (10-15 bucks?)
2. The tree, is it a .50 tree? (standard)

I'd like to meet everybody on the 7th. So I'm down if it don't cost an arm and a leg.

So Stiletto and sr20sleeper you guys are definately going? It will be about a 2.5hour drive for me, so I want to make sure I'll get the chance to meet some fellow members there. Otherwise I would not make the trip. I could race around here and it'd be closer.

Black93, you game? I've learned a lot from the last time I went to the Rock. I'll be glad to share all I know with you. It'd be better too if we both went down. That way if you have car problems I could help and vice versa. Plus we'd get to meet up too.
We could meet somewhere and drive up together. Let me know if this sounds like fun to you.

The more the merrier I say.
