I just spoke with Jun (urbanracerone). He's interested and willing to pay in. He also brought a new idea/plan. However, I'm going to wait for him to post so that I don't put words in his mouth.

Is the date still the same? I sent a message to "Kong" on the other forum and haven't heard back from him. I am going to commit to coming even with it being over 12 hour drive and my car problems.

No the date is not the same. We are working on a backup date. We need to do it ASAP because I only have 60 days to refund paypal money with no fees.

I just got a 6th payment. I have recieved payments ranging from 204.15 to 223.50. Don't know why. We will settle up differences at the event assuming the below goes well.
Here is what we need now

Date: ?
Place: ? Same as before I assume
Cost of plane ticket: ? Who knows. Depends on date etc.
Hotel: ? Same as before I would guess.
Transportation ?

I will start filling in the blanks soon. Expect to hear from me via e-mail.

I will still transport, that is not a problem.
I can order another room, everyone is paid in.
The plane ticket can be ordered when we pick a date
The place will still be Agile.
The date is the difficult part. I think we all should make a group effort and narrow down a date.

Would a month in advance be ample enough time for a decently priced plane ticket?

Just about anytime in July is good for me except the 19th. June is screwed at this point.

One would hope. My wife just tried to get a ticket about 3 weeks out. They qouted $250 on the website. When she tried to book it was a "no deal" at that price. That and the fees the airlines are sneaking in now have me worried. I almost got hit with a "oversized bag" charge on my return trip last time. Funny it was fine on the way in but on the way back home it was "almost too big". Some of those fees are very high. So not only do I need a ticket, but before I order i need to know that my suitcase will not cause a overcharge of $50-100. What a PITA.

That would be great. Can you group PM me and everyone else? I don't even know the forum names of all the people.

I'm thinking July as well. I know its a long time from now. But that would give everyone the time to designate a weekend. July 12th anyone?? Just winging it out there (the 4th is a Friday, so not that weekend).

Unless you wanna fly with some bottle rockets Steve.
