Alright, I really want to get all the dc area se-r guys together before the end of the summer, and our previous attempts havnt worked to well, so how about a cookout at my house on a saturday in the next few weeks? Basically whatever saturday is best for you guys and one when it wont rain. so, who's coming?

I think the best thing to do is for you to pick a date and tell people about it. If you ask for suggestions, the Summer will be over before we get a date...

From richmond, take 95 north until you reach 495, which you will take east (you can follow the signs for 95 north). You will then take the van dorn exit. It will be one of the first exits once you get on 495/95. When you take the exit, you will come to a stoplight. Take a right. You will now be on van dorn. Get over into the left lane. You will go threw a few stop lights and then reach an intersection (van dorn and franconia). The left lane will be a left turn only lane at the intersection, so you of course will be taking a left here onto franconia. Once on franconia, get in the left lane. About one mile down the right lane will end. Go about another half mile. Take a right onto Ridgeview drive. Then take your second left on Javins drive. My house is on the right.
I just checked the forcast and it might rain this sat. If so, I think we should wait until the 16th.
ha, U can't go by that! It rained like 15 minutes while we were working on John's car this Sat. They said it was going to rain all day I would wait until Thursday at least before checking the forecast. $.02

Everyone heading to the cookout from Points South. I'm in Richmond, and I can wait for people south of me and meet people north of me. Anyone want to ride up caravan style?
it's not looking too good for me mike. i'm down to my last resort with the work situation, and i'm just waiting on a co-worker to call me back.
if i can go, i don't mind a bit meeting up in richmond with crimedog....and let me know what non-perishables i can bring. (since my drive is probably a bit longer than others)
