Another Chicago meet?

So guys. After the great success of the last meet, despite the crappy weather, maybe we should try to plan another get together? Maybe the first weekend in June? Maybe have a dyno session beforehand?

I think it's about time we get this forum rolling again!

I'm good with that! I guess depending on how everyone feels about it.

How about we plan a "Geek Out" once a month for the summer months?

some biotch pu a box on my trunka nd moved it around, i have an area of about 1x1.5' full of scraches on the trunk....but i used ZYMOL today and u can't see them but they will show up once it wears off

Okay, so yeah I do want everyone to see my new paint job. I dropped my car off at Body Werks yesterday. It will Dodge Viper Red. They are also shaving the antenna, putting on a '93-94 version bumper cover, and installing remote keyless entry, since my stupid drivers doorlock doesn't turn!

If anyone goes by there, you should check out some of the cars they have in there! I saw some very nice and heavily modded S2000's, Civics, Del Sols, WRX's, and a 240SX undergoing a Silvia conversion. He already had a DET with upgraded turbo, sweet-ass rims, and was getting reapinted and a (BOMEX?) body kit put on.

Hmmm. Can't do Great America. I start a new job on the 20th. Can't cut out from it my third day. I still say we have a meet anyway. Should we narrow this down?

I say we shoot for the second weekend in June. Perhaps at the same forest preserve if that was good for everybody. Comments?

Anyone know if we could just all meet at the forest preserve again without having a permit? We only need a permit if we wanted to use the shelter, right? I think just having all the cars there again would be good enough reason to show up, and maybe we could cruise to where some Honda/Acura people are showing off there stuff and crah their party!

I think we can just hang out. But Paul P said that he would look into about the permit. I'm in just let me know what date. I am planning on attending the NOPI national at Madison, IL so don't plan it on that weekend.

If anyone wants to go let me know and will do a caravan there.

Nopi nationals is on Aug. 10th and 11th. Here's the nopi schedule for this year.

July 19th to the 27th I'll be out of town.

How about we inform some of the other forums? I think that's why there was such good turnout at the last one, cause like 5 forums were notified of it. Are we set on the weekend of June 8th?

I got a stage 2 fmax kit, (I pieced it together myself)... Hmmm, does it really matter what I got under the hood?? I can always say it's stock... I have a few heads in the passenger head rest... I can find room for a couple more....
