rust free b13 turbo in chicago, any interest?

whats up guys,

i have a rust free b13 turbo that i may get rid of. i dont really need to sell it, but i do not get to enjoy it much. i also am thinking about upgrading to a bmw 540 6speed.

i have had it for about 3.5 years. i bought in san jose CA and drove it over here. the car is fast and is very fun to drive. i have never dynoed it but the old owner put down 253whp.

i have never had any major problems with the car. only alternator, water hose leak, oil changes, spark plugs and tranny fluid change.

here are some of specs
jdm sr20 non turbo
t25/t28 hybrid turbo the exahust housing was ported by rebello tuninning
bb manifold that was port mached and ported.
hks ss bov
jwt s3 cams
3 pulley set , water pump,crank,power steering
costom ic plumbing from turbo 2.25 to intercooler from intercooler to thorttle body 2.5. turbo inlet pipe is 2.5 to a jwt pop wich is a cold air.
370cc injectors, walbro 255 fuel pump
jwt ecu 3bar, 370cc, stock compress, turbo program, cam program, no egr
clutch master flywheel
2.5 down pipe mandrel bent with new flex pipe
3" vrs catback exhaust pipe kit
act 6 puck clutch with extream pressure plate
4 es motor mounts
spearco intercooler 26" length 6" tall 3" thick
stillen 4 piece body kit
tsuro head lights
ground controlls with kyb gr2
susp tech. front and rear sway bars
stillen front sturt tower brace
active tunning rear strut tower brace
front controll arms fitted with es bushings
4 2/16" auto meter phantom white faced gauges. water temp, oil press, boost, exhaust temp.
lowtek gauge pod
apexi multi checker
hks turbo timer
Nismo Radiator and also JDM sunny radiator fans
AD22V's with braided lines

things that i can think of of that need attention

-the cars does have 2 small dents in it due people backing into the car while parked. i plan to have those removed by dent removal.
-probably needs new clutch and pp. i have the clutch already, but no pp.
-i have an optimo battery in the back but sometimes takes a little to start.
-power door locks not working, power windows work but passenger goes up slow(yes, its an se-r. previous owner had these put in)
-needs new drag radials, i usually drive this in the front on some steelies. i do have the rims and tires it came with which are pretty good still (16/7 konig holes color gunmetal with polished lip 205/45/zr16 yoks avs)
-speedo marks about 48mph more that what you are actually going.

this car is a great car that was done right buy the previous owner. i regret that i have not been able to keep it as clean as he did. i do not have the time to detail as much he detailed. i run 5 stores and i have a son and do have much time to keep my se-r in show condition.

i have been thinking about selling it for a year now, but everytime i drive it, i cannot bring myself to do it. i am a little older now and feel i have the finances to upgrade to a nice sports sedan where i can get performance and luxury in both. i was gonna buy an m5, but maintenance is way too high. if anybody is interested will not sell any lower that $5k.

now salt on this car either. i never drove it on snowy or salty roads. pics can be seen @

i will not take lower than $5k for it. so $5k is my firm price. i would ask for more but i have to compensate for the little dents it has. i consider it a good deal becasue its hard to get this much performance for $5k. i wont be able to replace this car for $5k.

still available. i just have to change the water pump. it sat all of the winter and i had to move one of the coldest days of the year. water pump siezed and seemed that the pulley broke free of the pump. hopefully i can fix within the next two weeks or so. car has been very reliable to me. just very minor things have gone wrong and routine maintenance. i wouldnt hesitate to drive it to MN. let me konw. contact me via email. i check it more than this site

its very fun to drive, sometimes i cant explain to myself why i want to sell it. i pulled on a few sti's on the e-way and even some sport bikes on the dan ryan at 2 a.m. thats always fun.

i just want to upgrade to something a little more classy i guess. i still want something fun to drive. im looking for a sports sedan like a 540 or, if i can find a good deal, a m5. something along those lines. $5k is not much for this car at all considering all that is done to it and being rust free in the midwest. im not worried if it doesnt sell. i really dont mind to keep it.

B14 Se-Rious,

didnt i sell you a bumper a few years back. is your name mikey?

well i really dont think i will take no lower than $5k for it. i feel that the car is worth that at least. i kown this will be a hard car to sell, but i am not worried about it. i really am not in any rush to sell. i just found the new car im gonna buy, 1983 mercedes 300sd. i plan to do a vegtable oil conversion on this car. so i will need to make space for it. thanks for looking

power window setup was done by previous owner. i also have power locks whic are not working for some reason right now. switches for the windows look like ones off an older bmw. im thinking it was a kit. just used oem power window regulators and added the switches to the nx center counsel. very convenient.
