Any b13 gearheads near chi?

I was wondering if anyone with knowledge upon the b13 transmissions would like to come out and help me put a clutch and flywheel in. I live about 15 miles away from the city of Chicago. I have lots of tools and a garage(which will most likely have a few space heaters). I don't have that much money so i cant really take it to a mechanic, but ill pay any willing hands with pizza and beer. Or any food/beverage of choice. And im not asking for someone to come over and DO all the work, just a couple of people who are well informed on how to make this all go down smoothly.

it will most likely be in a few weeks. just seeing if someone can help a brotha like me(broke) out. if you are interested, drop me a PM and we can get this thing set up.

thanks in advance.

I am doing that right now I don't think I want to have to do it again... it's a pain. I'm glad I got my lightweight flywheel in while the trans was off. You should do the same if you want one.

You in Schamburg? I would be down for some pizza and beer. Is your garage heated?

You want some parts from my sentra. Maybe I should give you a hand. I could take off some parts from my sentra and just bring them up. Removing everything to take the trans off isn't that bad.

yes schaumburg.

well I can get a hold of several garage heaters, i have a compressor with impact guns and and a whole bunch of stuff. I have one dude that i know will come and he used to work at roadmaster transmissions but hes more a chevy guy so hes not too familiar with the sentra. but once it gets a little warmer, maybe like 40's i would like to set something up. I have never done the clutch by myself and i know i will need serious help. And i will get whatever kind of beer and food you want.

Well thanks for the possible help, but i actually made a new car purchase on monday because i felt that 4 years was long enough in the sr20 game. had some ups, then i had detonation and i went back to N/A. Things were never the same after that. I bought a 2008 nissan frontier. So if anything, i might see some of you on the frontier forum, if not... thanks for all the help through the years and im glad i went to some of the meets and met folks like paul and others. My sentra is up for sale, although i dont want to get scolded for posting that in this section. If you want any information... drop me a PM, im located real close to Chicago and im willing to let the se-r go for a steal.
