Great Lakes Bash IV
It's getting to be that time again. Our small but annual trek to "the
North Coast", "Upper Ohio", "The Mistake by the La"...oh wait, it's not
like that anymore ;-) It's time to start planning for the Great Lakes
BASH.

This year I want to do two things. First, I want to keep the itinerary
exactly the same as last year. It worked out perfectly...

* Thursday night - drive up to Nelson Ledges, OH and sleep in a
swanky motel
* Friday - Hours of track time for $125 at Nelson Ledges' Fundayz
open track day

* Friday night - drive to Cleveland, OH and have dinner and hang
out in the Flats of downtown Cleveland
* Saturday - spend all day at Cedar Point
* Saturday night - have dinner and hang out in the Flats of
downtown Cleveland
* Sunday - drive home

Hotel Choices are the same. Thursday night at Rodeway Inn. Two double
beds in a room is $53.

I went last year, and it was *by far* the best car weekend ever. Nelson is a real nice track (AND it was just repaved), and Cedar Point Park is absolutely sick. They have allot of amazing roller coasters.

Checkout the videos for the Top Fuel Dragster. That's the one ride I didn't get to go on, it was closed for part of the day. A few of the other guys got to ride it and they said it was sick.

Yeah it just became annual recently The first was in 97 or 98 (before my time), and the 2nd one was in 99 where I met you and we all did the "NX surfing" lol.

MarK used to live in Lakewood so thats why we stay there. You should plan on attending the meet its loads of fun.

Hey guys I might roll, not sure yet, I talked to chriscar today, seems like this is gonna be alot of fun, Is this gonna be like a big meet, when we get over there? should there be more SE-R's that gonna be meeting or rolling?

I searched on mapquest, it's a 7 1/2 hour drive which should take about 6 after all the BS mapquest gives you.
