I needed the bracket that is welded to the firewall and supports the gas pedal, it is taken care of now. Now my speedometer quit, so I may be needing a new speed sensor. I'll don't think I'll have time to check it out untill the weekend.
Keep th MN thread alive......So I got my new AEM wideband, getting new coilover suspension, and we need to get a serious MN sr meet ready for the next summer. Lets get it hooked up and get the crew rolling!!!!

no kidding man, were need to get a decent size meet this year. idk why but the MN guys are either shy or lazy, *** there are a lot of members, but we never get any good meets. we need to make it happen in 06'

Just curious, where do you guys buy parts for your car around here? I recently bought a water pump for my car at Checkers and they gave me the wrong one. I'd go to the dealer but they're too expensive.

Carquest can source OEM parts and they are usually less expensive then the dealer.
So since I think we actually need to do something about this group....instead posting like 300 times, lets get a list together, and possibly some recruiting for the sr20boys of MN. I know that Cali and Fl do it big and so can we......why not set-up a loose set of guidelies for the crew........I would love for some feedback on my ideas for this....Cory, how about some support, I bet we can put together a sick meet at the beginning of the summer for this......
1)Must love Nissans
2)Doesn't have to have sr20, I think we will accept ve, QR, VQ, RB, pretty much if its packing Nissan balls!
3) I won't count out ricers (becuase I myself would probably qualify...but I have over 300whp so that makes up for the rest)
4) Try and shy away from 3ft wings unless you got the power to back it
5) Gotta be able to cruise around, meaning no strictly show cars and to afraid to get it dusty
6) It would be nice to maybe get some group track days in up in St. Cloud/ Brainerd raceways....i don't think this would count as a requirement. This would be sweet though
7) I would prefer to shy away from Hondas and acuras, and such....lets keep it in the Nismo/ Nissan world.
And last Im serious that we put this together, it would be awesome to get a group of guys together who eat, sleep and breath Nissan air
And summer end goal.....50+ Strictly Nissan car meet with awards!
sounds great, but i think its just asking too much. all i want is to get a cool group of guys from the forum toghether. i know there are a lot of local guys, its just that no one cares to meet up. maybe im weired but im dying to meet with some of the locals. i think the so. florida and cali guys just make me jelous. they have like 30+ car crews.
and also i love #6. we neeeeed to get some group trac day, rockfalls is pretty close too. lets get a group that we can have meet up there, maybe the 1st track day this spring??

im down with midway on either friday or saturday night. And a trac day would be sweet, we could look into the auto-x's at valley fair, rock falls and anything that comes up. It's just really hard to get excited for this *** it always seems to fall through. But i'm up for anything this summer.
