It was very stiff. For the mods I have i just got a act heavy duty because it was easier for everyday driving. sorry i'll get pics tonight.

I emailed you two days ago with anwsers to all your questions. I had it in my car for about 8k miles. I don't have the pressure plate in front of me nor the pics on this computer to see the rust your are refuring to, but i can only assume that its just a little surface rust from condensation or moisture in the air.
