So thats about it...I may be forgetting some stuff...but the point of this thing is the attention to detail/prep/machine work and the windage and crank case improvements coupled with a solid valvetrain/cam setup and the higher compression of the proven sr16 pistons in a DE. I did a leakdown test on all 4 cylinders and passed w flying colors. One of the best Ive personally seen even on a new engine...

I expect with good injector choice, tune, light flywheel and manifold configuration it would easily make reliable power approaching slightly under the mid 200's with a nice well distributed and somewhat controllable curve (as opposed to a VE) and can be reved pretty well without having to go to hell and back to make the necessary power.

It was intended for a track car I was building where I didnt want to have to rev super high to make power to get out of turns, elevation changes, etc.

The build cost me a little over $4,000 and that was with using some of my own parts off my shelf, several discounts and hookups from people I know. I have an Excel Spreadsheet documenting all of the parts/machining costs. I also have alot more detailed photos of some trick machine work done that I will only reveal to the buyer.

Any SERIOUS BUYERS please feel free to make me an offer.
Shipping can be arranged to ANYWHERE US or International. I am willing to go 50/50 on shipping and wil use a very reputable Freight company.

Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have if you are looking to purchase.

Please no tire kickers and please no advice or how/why did you do that type of questions.... There is a discussion thread in the All-Motor section if you just want to chat and I will be happy to discuss there

Hate to sell, but have no choice. Hope someone can give it a good home

horsepower will depend on what you bolt on to it such as intake and exhaust manifolds, ecu/tuning, injectors, etc. I would estimate it would have no problem making over 200 whp with a good configuration. I cannot predict an exact number I can guess 210, 220, etc but that will all depend on how you finish the build.

The engine cost me a little over $4000 just to prepare and build. An offer in the Mid 3000's would be nice.

Same head, porting, cams, springs, pistons, crank scraper & windage tray, oil squirters, etc. Other than the modified crank and I WPC treated everything, my race motor is exactly the same . Well over $4000 is what mine cost to build as well. Car just came back from getting full cage installed. My engine will be matched to a JDM ported intake manifold, Hotshot gen VI 3" dump exhaust, 8lbs flywheel, 370 cc injectors @4Bar and B15 trans. I expect 200+ and will be willing to share my tune in JAN when I dial in my Calum Realtime.

Someone buy this motor and save a buttload of money and time that can be used for racing. If I didn't build in parallel, I would totally capitalize on this deal. Very professionally and reliably done.

Thanks Chris!! Good luck with yours!! Keep in touch and let me know how it turns out. I dont come on here as much anymore these days, but Ill try to keep my eyes peeled.

As far as everything else, Pretty much the same set up I would go after as far as flywheel/fuel/Manifolds/ecu. I hope to see you make it into the 220 range.

Best wishes man. I remember when we first discussed building these motors a couple years back LOL

it was laying down just for the picture prior to assembly. Maybe a total of 30 minutes. The rest of the time it was wrapped in bubble wrap and sitting in a nicely cushioned box.

Its not bent if thats what youre getting at LOL
