Description:
I have a SR20VE for sale. I bought it from JDM Engine Zone in September. All I've done to it is put it on my engine stand and open the valve cover. This engine has rust on lobe #4 of the exhaust cam, and one of the cam cap bolts. This is how I received it from the Engine Zone. They told me to run it and it would rub clean. I didn't feel great about doing that. I've also received comments about rubbing the rust off with emory cloth and lube. I think the best way to fix the rusty lobe would be to just throw in a good exhaust cam in. I have not gotten around to repairing the rusty lobe issue.

Also the coolant hose numbered 2 in the pictures is cut in half. THe pcv hose has splits in it and the valve cover to intake pipe hose has a cut in it. These are the items I know for sure need attention.

I was going to use this engine on my street NX, but I don't see myself getting to that anytime soon. I re-evaluated what I want to do and well I want to get back to a race track pronto! My track NX is getting close to being ready so I will be giving that car much more attention in the coming months.

I will not ship this engine. I figure somebody can just call up engine zone and have them ship an sr20ve over for the price I"m asking for this engine. I will be keeping the alternator and the starter. I can drive this over if you are in SC,NC, TN, GA, AL, or Northern FL.

I'm pretty firm on price as I'm already losing on the 155 I paid for shipping. If it doesn't sell, well I'll just have to use it. Not the worst thing in the world to drive a VE'd b13
