H2O Adapters

Here you go guys...selling for $45 each shipped or both sides for $75 shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You can read more about them here.

I am going to offer two setups, the standard is what you see. Tapped with a 1/8" NPT for temp probes or what ever, offset hole on thermostat side.

The turbo units are tapped with 1/4" NPT threads and are centered on both adapters. The larger tap means you can run bigger lines.

When ordering please specify which type you want, Standard or Turbo, and which side (Passanger or Driver). Please note: The turbo units are designed for running water lines only and are not test fitted to run any kind of temp probe.

Each will come with new bolts and lock washers for a complete install package, all you will need is some silicone sealant.

I do take paypal (bossman@customsteel.com) and it will take me about a week or so to ship your order.

Driver Side

Passenger Side

Same with 1/4" NPT Tapped holes.

Yahnoza, I plan on getting one once I get the ballbearing sater cooled turbo later this winter. How long are you going to be making/stocking/selling these units. It seems like a very simple way to get water in and out of your turbo, doesn't it guys?

I can make these at any time, so if you dont want them now, you can always get them later.

Can the turbo units also have an additional hole tapped for a water temp probe (1/8" NPT I presume)?

Re: H2O Adapters

these will not fit the RWD Sr20's Ive checked into that, the tstat housing is oriented differently and the other hose connection is totally different. If someone can send me those fittings from the RWD SR20 Ill see about making some for those.

Ill also be checking to see if I can tap the one unit with both the 1/4 and 1/8 NPT today or tomorrow....sorry for my slacking guys.

well what did you need for this? i can go to the junk yard and grap the parts.

do you know if the orientation is the same, s-13, s-14 and sr20de sr20det?

I think all the RWD SR20's have the same orientation, and they are different than the FWD SR20's. All ill need is the t-stat housing and the front radiator hose connection piece...basically the two pieces where the hoses connect to the head.

On a related note. I am able to drill and tap the passangers side unit to have both the 1/4 NPT and 1/8 NPT so you can run water lines and a sensor...the fit is a bit tight but there is enough room. Ill get photos soon...
