The VET has 13 degrees of overlap on the high-rpm-intake cam and single exhaust cam. There is no overlap with the SR20VET on the low-rpm-intake cam and single exhaust cam.

What will work best for turbo? I have the stock sr20ve cams and they have less overlap than the 16 cams, but I get reversion when the cams switch? What cam would give the best spool characteristics and power within an 8k rev limit?

I am told to take out 10 degrees of overlap first to see how it does but I don't know much about cams and stuff. What would make a potent turbo cam as far as cam selection and cam timing?

VET cams may look a bit low on the duration side of things, but the lift is where it's at. They seem to look perfect for turbo. I guess I will find out.
