my engine blew when I never beat on the car and it would of costed me over 6k to fix it. I purchase a 240sx mint condition with an sr20 done to it for only 5.5k better car and will last longer than a dsm . I owned dsm for 3 yrs never had a problem i owned a gst then I purchased a gsx blew 5k in mods and wam been stripping the car and selling the parts for my new car. Looking to get a t28 and a short intake manifold for my new 240.

oh god don't remind me I'm only making like 5k after I strip it so I ate like 5k . gonna use around 2k in mods for the 240. I made out pretty good on it when I bought it. mods that came with are

apex n1, 3" downpipe, eibach springs and tokico shocks, tein sway bars, stage 3 exedy puck clutch, fmic, walbro, steering wheel and a couple of other things. i want to up the fuel to 550, t28, tubular headers and 6" runner short manifold. U think thats a good set up? Id like a quick spool up with power.

go with a gt28rs or bb3371 and leave a stock mani i think would yeild better results. tubular exh mani should help alot too but you are looking at about 2g's w/o the intake mani. do you mind if i ask what happened to the dsm, crank walk? they are pos's. i know a few peoiple with well modded dsm's that have lasted almost 200k before they need a freshening up really. also i have known some to blow early, they are also very picky cars, lots of glitches and strange qualities known only on the dsm's. great car to go cheap fast though if it works.
