Garage Your Car For The Winter In Connecticut

Myself and 3 or 4 of my friends are renting a garage that can fit atleast 10 cars and is heated. You can also work on your car there. Its goin to be around $75-$100 a month. We are planning on putting a lift in. It's located in Cheshire, CT. The garage is pretty huge with a large garage door on each end. And if you know Cheshire its a pretty safe place. maybe i shoule bing my car up and do a motor swap and install some bushings i wish i could have that in ny.

so what's the commitment? Just monthly basis right? I can pull out if I wanna get my car out after a month? I might end up with another shell from a friend and might have to do the swap there.
