Any boosted SR20 in Maine or NH?

Just like it says.

I'm tossing around the idea of going with a SER for fun and my dialy driver.
I'm just wondering about all of the stuff that goes along with having an older car that is a daily driver.??(not really stated as a question) Also The possibility of putting a turbo on it in the future?? Is it easy to do cheaply and reliability.
I'm sure this might be considered to be a lame post, but I would like to here some opinions.

I have a 95 200SX SE-R with a Bluebird engine swapped into it. I dont daily drive it because it is outfitted with solid mounts, no AC, no radio etc. The swap was very easy to perform. Any specific questions?

Motorsports ADD is a real issue, and I think I've got it:
95 B14 SE-R, 95 Buell S2, 02 BBR SuperPro106, 05 CRF50, 06 Raptor 700, 06 KX450F
and the obligatory 06 Chevy Silverado dd/tow rig

I have the UK SR20 in my 4 door with solid mounts, flwl, clutch, etc. Gonna be a daily driver. My brother has an avenier to put in his 91 se-r. It will be a semi daily driver. Your best bet is to just buy a complete SR20det and swap it.

Hey Matt, I resurected the SE-R this Fall. I was in Germany for 6 weeks after graduation (for work) so I got a late start : ( on the car. But now things are good. It needs a clutch and exhaust now, but its a blast. We should have a garage day next Spring (or this winter if you want). It's nice to be outta school, and have time for the car again. I never did make it back to the dragstrip this summer though.

I live in South Portland.
I was thinking about getting rid of my wrx and getting an Ser, so I could afford a small boat. The good news is, I got the boat!! The bad news is that I said I would not make an old car my daily driver in trade for getting the boat. Not to bad of a deal.
But maybe in a year or 2 I might be looking again for a project car..
But in the mean time I'll continue to gather info for my future project car.

Sounds good to me. I'm a lot closer to you now than I was a couple years ago. I've actually been working on my car a lot the last few days. Got a heater in the garage now so it's easy. It's in for the winter so I'm in no hurry, I'm just really motivated.

I just moved from Southern Maine to Boston.

I blew a coolant line and blew my last engine around 150k, now I'm at 172k with my T25 going strong on my JDM SR20

I'm in Saco, ME. My classic isn't boosted, just bolt-ons, coilovers, and konis (about 3/4 of the way prepped for STS class autocross). Mine isn't much to look at, but I think it's a pretty fun car. What would you be looking to do with an SE-R? any Autox or drag racing, or just fun street driving?

So who else is on here in ME? I just moved back after a few years in St. Louis (college), pretty bored around here lately. Anyone have any interesting projects going? I think all the SE-R guys I used to hang around with up here have either moved or got rid of their SE-Rs.

I didn't make any NER events this year (moved back in late october), but I'll be at all of them next year for sure, and I would like to make the trip out of town for an additional pro or tour (especially if I can find someone dumb enough to let me drive their car ). I've vowed to make it out to Nationals next year to, even if it is to finish last in STS . I was in Topeka this year (working for a STL area vendor, not even competing) and it was a blast.

Heh, not for a while though. If the BMW club is still doing those Ice autoxes I'll be there though. Those are great.

once it warms up my 91 is getting a serious make over. nothing crazy since its just a drag car, but i want to get rid of the rust and such. my goal is to spend nearly nothing, and see how fast it can go. maybe slap on some power adder like NOS or turbo, but not soon.
