is it just on long island

or did anyone else notice that every damn time in rains you see more and more people that look like they just got out of accidents, bumpers and hoods all banged up. I swear around here it seems like when it rains people forget how to drive.

As long as I can get out of work, I'll be there.

I have to disagree with you on 2 things.

1 - it's not just Long Island, it's NJ also
2 - 90% of people have no clue how to drive in the first place, the rain just makes them panic more and drive worse

One thing I noticed, when it snows around here: anyone that has a four wheel drive vehicle must think they can drive around like it's a wonderfull summer day.
