Don't be rediculous, all parts of Hartford are safe. Just carry a gun just incase. it would'nt be such a bad thing if you could drop a couple of those North End fu*ks.

i second that heartford is ghetto, and scaryer than cleveland and columbus ohio. i was up there one night this winter going to a show, went to park on a well lit street infront of business by the webster..
pull to the curb and there's some dude walkin twords my car pulling a hammer outof his coat. so i peaced out and went to park somewhere else and was gettin eyeballed by some people sittin on a stoop so finally i rembered i had theft coverage and just left it somewhere else.
