im a bit confused here i hope you guys could help me what are the main differences between these two ...wich one is the best for a sr16ve almost standard? which afc will fit the sr16ve? wich one would you prefer?

MSS is to control the vvl in 2 independent rpms and got nothin to do with AF.
get this MSS for ur ve,i use them and its great!

while the SAFC2 is got nothin to do with the control of vvl,this is a piggyback to controls airflow. while u can use the SAFC neo,its like 2 in 1,controls the airflow and vtec controller(it works on vvl)but u can only switch the 2 cams at same time not like MSS are 2 independent.
