Hey guys! Decided to get on this forum for the new project...got a 72 510 sedan. I've wanted to start this project with a car like this for quite some time. Living in Cali sure has it's downsides

So, I'm really looking forward to seeing what i can find out about doing a SR20 swap into the Datsun. A little background on me, I'm not new to the scene, I've had several cars that I've built. '03 spec-v, 05&06 WRX, 91 MR2 turbo, just to name a few. And help built dozens of others. I'm also a service technician at Subaru

Just wanted to introduce myself as you will be seeing me around here asking questions!

Welcome to the forum. A 510 with a SR20 would be awesome. It's been done before. Although, I haven't seen any on this forum for awhile. You should be able to find some info on this if you search enough.

I've seen a couple Datsuns with SR20's in them and I've always wanted a pre smog car to play with and that handles good

Good thing for me is that T3 is right down the road from me too! Hopefully some more 510 guru's can help me out on here and point me in the right direction. I just wanted to join this forum so i can get the knowledge from all the SR20 guys since ill be putting that in the 510.
