Hey, excited to get busy with yall

Just dropping to say hey,
I just got my Sentra running with Sr20ve motor swapped with B14 tranny I think, after it was in the shop "JGY", which was a mistake, general the car is not 100% fixed, got some issues to work out. but it is in my hand now, better than the shop that keep charging me.
General the car is running for now. lot of work ahead of me.

I am little pissed off after finding out that JGY didnt do anything right on my car and it wasnt put together right, not even any screws in the car, loose and tranny is crazy and engine overheating after 5 miles, lot of problems were found in local shop, included illegal test exhaust pipe that cant clear for the State inspection, Please let me know what DFW shop will be good for several problems for this VE sentra

edited; just saw that JGY is on blacklist, what a Mistake I have made, screw them, at least they got the motor running........

if You bought it and it had that illegal pipe on it then You may be able to get reimbursed for repairs or refunded the purchase of the car. Here in GA it's illegal to sell one that won't pass. You have to provide the emission inspection certificate to the new buyer, otherwise You have to refund their $ or pay for repairs if it doesn't pass. You should check with the TX office that regulates that. If You don't know then go by the inspection station and ask them who in the state regulates it.

I will search around and get better understanding and try save some money..
