i accidentally messed up my bearings in my vvl, now i am planning a rebuild and would like to put sr20 det pistons and con rods in my vvl (cant afford the forged) and also would like to change the crankshaft but not certain the det crankshaft would work in the vvl, help please. oh and im really new to this
