I have no problems with this, except if you're looking to buy something and you can't post or PM anyone about it. I think you should have immediate access to the Classifieds, just a suggestion

LOL. Yeah, well thank you for your suggestion . However, those of us that have been here a while prefer to keep you newbies quarantineed for a bit. Keeps you out of trouble. Some newbies just go post happy, and even worse is the non-searchers who start multitudes of new threads about old, beat to death, topics.

Then we have to break out the propane and propane accessories. Sometimes I even have to get out my Marine Issue Flame Thrower .

BTW, sr20boston (aka Matt, the forum Head Honcho, Big Cheese, Capo de Capo, The Man) is tweaking the newbie regulations all the time. Trying to get the right mix of privledges and restrictions for you newbs to best serve the entire forum .

Welcome.

Once I have some anti-spam controls on mass PMs, I will open them up to newbies so that they can at least contact people selling things.

I know this is the newbie section but you really need to search around. Both will fit fine.

Dammit, I have a problem and can't find it on the forum!!
I'm off the road for two days or paying a mechanic a fortune to fix a $2 hose LOL

In case anyone reads this - i've blown a coolant hose located under the intake manifold - I believe it's probably the coolant bypass / return hose? (BTW - Aussie delivered series 1 S14 200SX SR20DET)

My question is: Is there only one coolant hose under there? (makes it easier to troubleshoot from this angle!) Can I (with my tiny little girly hands) replace it without removing the whole intake manifold.... if I remove the fuel filter & manifold support it allows easy enough hand access.... or am I going to find bits I cant get to. I'd prefer not having to remove the manifold if I can avoid it - been there done that and know what a biatch of a job it is. Annoyed really that something so piddly is such a pain in the proberbial to fix. But if I have to then so be it - but i'd prefer to find out the easy way by asking you guys, than the hard way and dismantling a million bolts to get to a $2 part.

your posting rights will come soon enough, when they do come post a thread in the wanted section and search around for someone that might be selling one.
