Anyone got a U13 ecu in Christchurch?

Hey all.
Does anyone have an ECU to suit a U13 SR20det in Christchurch? Or even a U13 with an SR20det that runs well?
I have a Pulsar with a U13 SR20det that idles badly, and I've done pretty much all of the regular idle trouble shooting crap except for trying a different ECU.
The sticker on my ECU says:
BJ
23710 IE010
AII-000E53

Please get in touch if you may be able to help.
Thanks.
