Nos on higher compression motors, JDM 10:1, VE 11:1 etc...

alright guys, after reading what i could about nitrous systems, i'm still curious as to if there are more problems seen with nitrous on higher compression cars....

Running a 100 direct port nitrous setup with all the bells and whistles for a clean nice shot and all the necessary fuel upgrades, would there be any difference in reliability(as in blow the engine the f up?) in running the same setup on a DE 9.5:1, a 10:1 DE and a 11:1 VE....

i'm mainly asking on the tecnical aspect of it and am just using the VE as an example of a stock 11:1 compression motor...

as far as i have read if you provide enough fuel and spray properly they try to sell it as safe, but realistically does it work out?

thanks in advance!

As long as your fuel and air is ok, it will be fine regardless of compression. The key is to not get carried away with it. Run your car and let it cool before you do it again. Just don't go through a bottle a day and you will be ok.
