Here are some pics of the golf projectors with Red Angel eyes .. let me tell ya i get loots of looks !! all my buddies think im reversing into them " demon eyes " ! when i drive with these on ! lol

.. Over all it took me about 1 full day to do it takes lots of time u do have to cut some of the rad support out on both sides.. so whether it makes it illegal or not im not sure but its definatly worth it when i bought the HID Kit it looked sick ! i can see so much better with these head lights and if your wondering how my angel eyes are red .. well thats simple when you buy the projectors make sure its the ones with 4 - 5Watt bulbs in each ring .. and you will be able to change them to any color u want in my case i changed them to Red LEDS. Good luck !

Will these work guys? Tempted to do this mod as well. The stock lights are dangerous at night and I need to improve the light output quickly!

If you guys don't mind paying a bit more for the projector head lights you can get the black or chrome housings for the vw mk3 and even the mk4 on
www.andysautosport.com Just click on the volkswagen link on the bottom right of the page, go to the 93-98 Golf, and click on the headlights link toward the middle of the page...or you can copy and paste this link into the url; http://www.andysautosport.com/volksw...s/spyder_auto/
Also, has anyone used the mk4 headlights? it looks like they would fit better.
Just a question.

yeah they deff. look like they're in the headlights which means that the stock bliker could be removed or painted balck or i'm sure there's other things you could do with them
