Help! NX2k from sr20de to sr20det

Hi guys i know there is probably a thread like this already but i been searching and still havent found anything .. ok i got an 1992 nissan nx 2000 with an SR20DE in it no Ac and it has ABS and i decided to do a swap to SR20DET so i went to the junk yard and bought a front clip off an 200sx looks to be year 96 around there so i took my engine out and the mechanic just found out the bracket that holds the cv axle doesnt fit in on the sr20det please help ...! im clueless .... can i still put it in on just one of the bolts or do people get it welded ..? the sr20det came with a awd tranny ..

I believe you are referring to the passenger side axle carrier bracket.

It will bolt in, but only 2 out of the 3 bolts will bolt to the block. You don't need the third. I ran my DET with 2 out of 3 for over 50,000 miles and never had an issue.

oh wow thanxs so much u saved me from trying to find a custom bracket or something ..
