I ordered up a 92 Infinity G20 rear caliper to replace my seized up Gti-r caliper in the rear. For all you Gti-r owners its a direct swap. When ordering you do need to order the opposite caliper of the one your replacing for it to fit. So if the gti-r caliper says R (Right) then order up a G20 caliper that says L (Left). The G20 calipers come with new sliders and hardeware as well for $100 each.

Does that mean that the reason for the difference in rotor hat height on the gti-r is actually on the spindle?
Its a Water to Air intercooler, I always get asked if its a cat or resonator lol
The dead giveaway is the outlet and inlet on the pipe. Is the pump and water tank going in the trunk, or are you going with a second radiator setup?
By the way, from a Pulsar owner, superb build. Definitely motivational. Enforces the thought that I need to learn how to weld so I can make stuff myself. I mean in four months you have accomplished an a$$load of work. Words can't express what an awesome job you've done.

I wet sanded and clear coated my tail lights I tinted a couple months ago.
Running lights are on in this pic
Here are some vids of my ehaust, the sound quality sucks on the camera I used. It has a deeper tone then it sounds like in the vids.
Idle View My Video
I figured out my electrical issue so my wipers now work as well as my front turn signals. Also this weekend I will do a vid of it going down the road but i'm still breaking in my clutch so don't expect to much.
I also had a alignment done today so it rides awesome now. Even with out sway bars it corners well because of how stiff everything is from the braces.

In regards to moving your steering column up. What did it do to your steering? Did it get harder to steer? How does the car steer when you are driving it now, in comparison with the old?
The Firewall mount for the transfer case that you made. Did you create a backing plate behind the firewall? or did you directly weld the bracket onto the existing firewall material? Is it thick enough? or did you some how bolt the bracket/weld it to both the inner and outer sheets of metal. Did you use the OEM rear mount or did you fab up a new one?
- Thanks
