I still dont know if the pre-pay discount is gonna be available. It all just depends on all of the logistics coming together. I will inform everybody when I post the actual FOR SALE thread.

As far as multiple orders, I will DEFINITELY give a discount which I will disclose at the time of order, but I will definitely make it worth your while to buy more than one and you will save on shipping as well.

i'm loving all the JDM parts but the standard of living is very 3rd world.

Loved the handling on the NX when i bought Shannon's Fitzpatrick's car and will probably get an NX when i get back.

Did you get a chance to weigh the stock hatch? I'm really curious. To be honest though it still won't be a GOOD comparison because of the glass still being in it. I'm sure the glass weighs as much if not more than the metal.

working on that tonight. I will get weights of a fully assembled stock one and a fully assembled CF one. I just thought Id weigh the prototype to give an idea where we will be. If you know enouogh about materials you can get a pretty good estimate about how much the whole assembly will weigh.

I work full time and go to school full time. This takes time but it will be done and documented RIGHT.

Stock hatch with complete wiper system (blade motor) and spoiler but no interior trim pieces weighs exactly 55 lbs...

Started the test fit his evening. Still in work. need to get 3 more bolts lined up and then see if there are any issues....

well it still needs some adjustment, but thats typical. Just gotta make sure everything spreads out evenly and whatnot, but as it stands, all of the tabs and screw holes are lined up and are marked for cutting/drilling. SO if one wanted they could put all of the stock trim pieces back on. The wiring was super easy to route too. All is going well just gotta iron out the wrinkles.

I'm actually surprised that the stock hatch only weighs 55lbs.

is the 55lbs with out a rear window in the stock hatch? I was expecting it to be around 80lbs or more for a stock.

Yeah I know I was just thinking it'd be around 75lbs at least. Not sure why. I may take my hatch off sometime and make a pass at the dragstrip just to see the difference.
