I didn't have to remove the whole splash shield, just the front part of it so I could pull it back and then reach up there with a 10mm rachet wrench...fits easily and was pretty easy. Rachet wrenches can be your best friend. Don't forget about 4 or 5 screws underneath the front impact bar. Just look through the opening in the front and you'll see them. Other then that it was cake the second time around. The first time was at a junk yard. For the top bolts, just use a deep socket 10mm...it'll reach no problem. Putting it back on, I think I only put like 6 nuts back on...lol...next time it'll be a breeze.....

Hey guys, i'm just needing to remove my driver side fender. replacing with a discounted factory oem fender from dealer. Do i need to do exactly all this still?
