If you have not already registered and paid, please understand that you WILL NOT PARK and you WILL NOT EAT. Let me rephrase that:
IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED AND PAID FOR THE PICNIC, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARK YOUR CAR WITHIN 10 MILES OF US AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO EAT ANY OF THE FOOD WE ARE HAVING CATERED
Please register! To register, follow the link above, select how many tickets you will be requiring for the picnic, and pay the cost of those tickets. It is $12 per person for the picnic
Now, that said, once you have registered and paid we will need to get the parking and picnic tickets to you. If you will not be able to even swing by the track hotel Thursday night, track on Friday, or Embassy Suites sometime on Saturday (please coordinate with me and don't ASSume that I'll be sitting around the hotel all day Saturday waiting for you to show up), we will need to get you a ticket in order to get into the park. They will have rangers there on the street that leads to the parking area collecting tickets. I will try to give them a list of names and let them hold the tickets but just in case they won't allow me to do that or if something else gets screwed up, please take down my cell phone number. I will be there at the picnic area early on Sunday morning. 201-707-7098

It would be cutting it extremely close. We do not have all of the tickets as of now and we probably won't have them in time for them to be mailed to arrive to you before the convention.

kieranlavin I believe I have already registered but i dont remember. Im not racing just coming to the convention. Can you please tell me if Im registered and paid for? If not I will take care of everything as soon as I find out from you. Thanks alot

Bring the receipt/invoice in case there is a question as to what you purchased and what we owe you. However, we will be putting packages together for everyone to be handed out Thursday night at the Meet N Greet
Anytime after 9 or so I'll be at the park. And we're running low on parking spaces so anyone going may want to register and pay soon... like before noon!
