My God....us that aren't there are like the guys that couldn't go to the good rock concert...."what's it like......was so-and-so there......did they play Jump?" Tell us more, TELL US MORE!!! we need pictures!!!
Wait, wait, wait... with ALL of the SE-Rs there, all you have to say is that there were BMW's and Vettes there? Who freaking cares?!?! What about all the SE-Rs that were there?!
Well, of course there were Awesome B13, B14s, B15s, and 240s. The other cars were just a bonus.
We spent the day at Englishtown Dragstrip for the Nitto Import Spring Nationals. Definitely a full weekend.
Home safe and sound. Sorry if I didn't get to say goodbye to everyone. I had to cut the weekend short. Awesome time. I've never seen so many NX's in one place before. Very cool. I'm still on overload at the moment. Frickin' exhausted. Keep them pictures/videos coming. If anyone has the in-car video I took with George's (SanDiego/Vegas) camcorder, post up, man. I'm dieing to see how it came out. Hopefully it picked up the sound of the wastegate dump, echoing off the speedway wall. Damn, that was fun.
Wish I was still there. Have a blast tonight, peoples!

No kidding! Or 240s.
Schumacher's 240 looks awesome out there! I must steal my parents' pristine S14 and make it into a project...
1. Shooting a feature for Sport Compact Car magazine on one of the cars here.
2. Working on Jim Schumacher's gorgeous S14 hardtop, in the ES parking lot. While Jim was at E-Town watching drag racing. He was brilliant enough to leave me the keys to the car, and well, I repaired the split compressor outlet coupler and took her for a test drive.
Parsippany is best viewed behind the wheel of a SR20-powered S14, I can tell you that much.
yeah man, i was glad to see Jim at the picnic. that coupler was mutha***** i was helping him out on friday, the best that we could do was tape it, and put the clamp over the tape. SR-ingenuity
Man i wish i had gone. It was my birthday weekend. This would have been a great present to myself. Where is the next one going to be held?
