Speed limiter

I would like to know what you guys did about your limiter.

Im aware you can use the HKS SLD Type 1 which will remover you limiter but still retains rev limit in 4th and 5th if i remember right.

Another is one of the speed converter delimiters off ebay which do the same but your rev limited still.

Apexi Rev/Speed sounds like the best option me but the most costly.

I guess reprogramming stock ecu as well .
Are all R's electric speedo ? Mine is a 92 im hoping its cable i will have to check in the am.

Any opinions or suggestions to go about this while being friendly on the pocketbook?
i would like to buy ine so if you have one let me know

Thats an easy way. The gti-r ecu is almost identical to the B13 SR20 ecu.

mine came with a Blitz Access ECU...no speed limiter and, from what I've been told, an 8600 rpm rev limit... although I'll never rev it that high .

Lots of the UK kidz use similar items. Easy to fit and rather cheap.

A little more info regarding installation. Hope this helps!
