If your stock one is busted it shouldnt be too hard to get a replacement.
If your just seeking a littel better response or reached the limits of your stock igntion i would suggest crane cams dsr igntion and coil.

You can fit the MSD SS blaster coil to the pulsar and it will work with the standard stuff.

A few of our members have done just that, Myself I'm fitting a new MSD box and coil.

Its just a positive and neg wire....for the blaster or crane. I would recommend the crane if you plan to use crane ignition in the future as its better casing quality as well. I use the blaster ss on two of my turbo setups i was happier with the crane. Your choice either will do .

LX92 wont work with the stock power transistor. The LX91 is the only one that works without adding the Hi-6 system.

Check the Crane website, it specifically states that the LX92 needs to be used with some form of ignition booster to work.

Well from my experience it worked and caused no problems . Car actually was crisper with it compared to the baster . IM only speaking from my actual on hands exeprience , like mentioned i did add the igntion later on as well. I didnt need a booster for it work either.

if you plan on upgrading the igntion in future get the lx92, if you plan on sticking to stock ignition get the lx91. or just upgrade all at once.
