a cheaper way to stiffen your mounts is to use a really strong type of silicone sealant, tape one side of the mount off and fill the other side. windshield adhesive seems to work pretty well.

I remember someone finding an industrial polyurethane that could be inserted into the stock mounts. My question is is there any kind of priming that needs to be done?

on this one, the guy goes as far as taking the entire insides of the mount out.

Very helpful. I am wondering if any of the mounts on the B14 are the same as the B15 maybe the trans mount? Even one poly-mount would be better than none.

Search for POWERFLEX.

They are still sold in the EU (mostly in the UK).

Why not just get the Prothane motor mounts. Stiff as a rock, you are likely to break the mount (metal portion) itself before the Prothane breaks.
