This might sound like a stupid question but did you change the Water temp sensor?

You dont have to have coolant in the oil for it to a headgasket. It may be a combustion leak. Is your coolant overflow bubbling over? Heater core clogged? Do a coolant system pressure test? Fans turning on?Dont give up ..you'll figure it out.

Check the cam timing or igintion timing. You know what to do go down the list.

i have drove it about 2500 miles with no problems, i havent really beat on it or anything,

cant see any coolant in the oil, or oil in the coolant. there isnt any coolant on top of the pistons or signs of burnt coolant on the plugs. it still runs perfect but when you start to drive it all the coolant gets pushed out the of the overflow tank.

replaced the radiator cap and t-stat...

its just i have put all my damn money in building this car and i really just need to get out of debt by selling. even though it makes me so said, its my dream car

Fill the radiator with water and leave the cap of and start it. If it shoots water like a gyser then your leaking compression into the cooling system meaning its a bad gasket and/or a warped head due to overheating. Same thing happen to me in my CRX.

If the overflow bottle is filling up and cooling system was properly bled. I would guess the bottle will fill up over a short period of drivin. I would say you have a weeping headgasket/ combustion leak blowing gases into cooling system. It hasnt got large enough for oil/water to mix.

Then the only thing I see left is a clogged heater core.

i didnt think i needed to... this is a for sale thread not a "hey whats wrong with my car thread". haha but what ever.

im like 99% sure its a HG issue. if some wants to buy it for 12 cool, but if not then im going to sell the turbo kit, and part out the motor. then just buy a stock swap and rock the t28. stock=reliable
