crank pulley prob.

stupid but wierd to me i'm trying to get the crank pulley of but cant get it to stop spinning, the car is in the air in first gear e-brake on and brake pedal pushed in but still spins when i try to take off the crank pulley, why?

Thats because you need to put it in fifth gear! Think about it, first gear is a low speed gear with high rpm's and fifth gear is a high speed gear with low rpm's. Just put it in fifth and stand on the brakes.

Try reverse or 5th and push down on the brake pedal properly you big girls blouse lololol.

its off now thanks i was proping the brake pedal with a stick thats why, when some one came over i told them to push on the brake hard and i was able, sorry guys i was alone at first. cant be in the car pushing brakes while out of the car taking of the pulley
