STI 550 Injectors?

Question that you guys might be able to answer. I have a friend who is running STI injectors in his 240 SR20DET and has another set for sale. Have any of you tried these out and would it be worth the 100cc upgrade? I plan in the near future combining these with a Z32 MAF and a Greddy Ultimate.

Thoughts?

I was looking for these injectors, but they are 2-3 gens of them. I think that the pink one are the good one for the GTI-R motor.

I decided to go with HKS 680cc instead

I believe North America STI injectors are side feed while JDM are top.

So my friend who is running them on his S13 is using the pink ones. He had to electrical tape them on because the attachments are slightly different. They are side feed and I guess work well but I think I will wait until I can get ones that hook up really cleanly. I guess in a pinch you can use these though.

These are the STI's that I'm running. They were flow tested by JWT at 520cc @ 3bar.

what fuel rail are you using? If your using standard rail side feed wont work .

I just bought injectors (550cc) from an Evo5 from a guy in the UK. Top feed, direct replacement. Not yet installed, but apparently they work fine.

^ I think you mean side feed. This is assuming you're running a SR20de highport or lowport, which uses side feed injectors.
