Hey guys I wanted to get a thread started that listed all the US GTi-R owners (I am talking about the whole car not just the motor swapped into your US car). It would be nice to know who else here in the US has one and where you are located. This way if any of us need help with our cars we can ask someone local first before going to someone overseas. Plus its cool that we all have something so badass in common!
Also, if you Canada guys want to chime in, that is cool too. Just let us know where in Canada you are so we know how close you are to us!

Dave I just looked at your pictures.... and can't help but see that they where taken on Ogden Ave across the street from Gerald Nissan.
I work at Acura right around the corner and NEVER EVER have I seen anything this exotic there.... bout the MOST exotic thing I seen was a 96 I30t Turbo that one of the Maxima.org guys drove around. It was one of the fastest Turbo "Maximas" in US at the time, so it was pretty exotic to me- Maxima-HEAD.
Yes- Ferraris, Porsches and NSXs are not exotic to me, I see them all the time.
BTW- Dave I still have pictures from the "3 man Chicago Rally" we had at Busse Woods like 8 years ago when you had that 93.5 G20 A/T. They are on my computer :wave:

Yeah, those pics are of my first 2 GTi-R's. That was at my work which was right across the street from Gerald Nissan. Actually you can see my Spec-V in the background of one of those pics too!

Did you guys go through florida to get yours? I 'm guessing you guys don't really want to spill the beans on how your cars became legal.
