GTI-R Hesitation issues

I have a 200SX with a GTI-R motor lately I've been having hesitation issues with it, its only under load when im at boost, when im at Vacuum its fine, no idling issues nothing. just under load. I'm thinking it could be Secondary wiring, or a Vacuum leak, anyone else has any input would be appreciated. Also im having a problem with my SAFC 2 its not reading my RPM's im gonna check the wiring tomarrow when theres light out, but if you guys know anything else that would cause it to read 0rpm would be great. Thanks

there are a lot more people with GTI-R swaps than with the actual car who have a lot of knowledge about this engine. this section is more for RNN14 specifics. try reposting this in the turbo section.
