Rolling Road Result Today

Well after finally sorting out the best design for my charge cooler water pipe run the shed made 517.3 BHP this morning : , And 442ft lb's with only 32 degree inlet temps .

I'm very happy with that result and can now concentrate on fine tuning the mapping to make the turbo come in sooner and to smooth out the part throttle running.

that power spike between 4700 and 5200 is insane you gain like 400 horses in the space of a few thousand RPMs. on and off switch! watch your neck man! very impressive.

In the print out is shows the car going from 120bhp to 517bhp in the space of 500 RPM not thousands mate .

But on the road when driving normally through the gears the boost comes in a lot sooner, You can feel it starting to pull strongly by 3500RPM and all hell breaks loose at 4000RPM, I think the roller print out is just because the run was done in 4th, It would of reacted the same way if I had put my foot down in 4th on the road.

It's a Garrett GT3076R with external 44 mm wastegate and T3 exhaust housing.
